Low velocity encounters of the observed small bodies with planets are discovered and investigated. Before encounters, the orbits of small bodies belong to the regions $\omega_{P}$. There are the peculiarities in the encounters: the temporary satellite capture in sense of Everhart, the temporary gravitational capture in the Hill sphere, the multiple minima of the planet-centric distance function. The peculiarities in the encounters correspond to the position of the orbit of a small body on the plane ($a$, $e)$.

Обнаружены и исследованы низкоскоростные сближения наблюдаемых малых тел с планетами. Орбиты малых тел принадлежат областям $\omega_{P}$. В сближениях наблюдаются особенности: временный спутниковый захват в смысле Эверхарта, временный гравитационный захват в сферу Хилла, кратные минимумы функции планетоцентрического расстояния. Особенности в сближениях соответствуют положению орбиты малого тела на плоскости ($a$,$e)$.
