				<p>Properties of detected earthquakes which are called starting earthquakes are researched in this work. Questions concerning methods of their detection and their expected behavior, place, time and intensity are discussed. Some characteristic features of real earthquakes are collated with features of model-earthquakes. It is also emphasized that there is no information on this type of earthquakes in scientific literature on hand. Due to the specific nature of the problem, i.e. existence of ruptural and unbounded components in the solution, detection of such earthquakes isn’t effective while directly using even competent computing facilities on the solution of a complex of boundary problems in environments with brittle properties. In order to research the earthquakes the application of high-performance computing facilities is suggested when the research is put into topological spaces with a wider range of properties than that of functional spaces.</p>

				<p>В работе изучаются свойства обнаруженных землетрясений, названных стартовыми. Обсуждаются вопросы, связанные со способом их выявления, ожидаемого поведения события, определения места, времени и его интенсивности. Сопоставляются некоторые характерные свойства реальных землетрясений с моделируемыми. Подчеркнуто, что отсутствуют в имеющейся научной литературе какие-либо сведения о землетрясениях подобного типа. Выявление подобных землетрясений не дает эффекта при прямом применении к решению комплекса граничных задач в средах с хрупкими свойствами даже мощных вычислительных средств в связи со спецификой проблемы &amp;mdash; наличием разрывных и неограниченных составляющих в решении. Предложен способ использования для исследования землетрясений средств высокопроизводительных вычислений путем погружения исследований в топологические пространства, обладающие более широким спектром свойств, чем функциональные.</p>
