The application of classification analysis methods for the diagnostics of heart failure

A 6-walk test is one of the universally accepted methods of heart failure diagnostics. The work offers a new alternative approach to heart failure diagnostics on the basis of discriminatory analysis. This approach is more objective since it is based on the statistical analysis of data. The approach allows excluding the influence of mental and emotional characteristics of a patient, which definitely make an impact on the result of the 6-walk test. A software program has been developed, which makes it possible to define a functional class of heart failure.
