A three-dimensional non-stationary differential problem for perturbed velocity potential is considered. The solution of the differential problem is shown in the integral form of the type of a dipole potential, the density of which is the pressure jump on the wing. The representation of the perturbed velocity potential allows us to calculate its normal derivative, which within the wing limit reduces to an integral equation of the second type.
