The work considers an antiplane dynamic electroelasticity problem for the semi-bounded layered medium in the presence of a system of electrodes on its surface and defects, such as detachment on the boundary surfaces. Functional-matrix relations are developed, which relate mechanical displacements and stresses, electrical induction and potential, as well as their jumps on the inhomogeneities boundaries in an arbitrary point of the medium. These relations are used for the construction of the systems of integral equations of mixed problems.
