The system of Kohn-Sham equations for spin-polarized two-dimensional electrons is self-consistently solved. Magic numbers for the complete angular moment of electrons in a quantum ring in high magnetic field are found. It is shown that the oscillation period of persistent current in quantum rings depends on the number of electrons and can vary from two to four flux quanta.
