Abstract

On the basis of comparative analysis of the asymptotic representations of solutions of three-dimensional and two-dimensional problems of the theory of elasticity with mixed boundary conditions, the qualitative evaluation methods of physically meaningful quantities without the direct calculation of the detailed mechanical fields are proposed. In particular, we investigate the features of the mutual influence of cracks on the stress intensity factor in the vicinity of the circuit in unbounded and semi-bounded elastic bodies, as well as the mutual influence of stamps on the distribution of contact stresses under them.
