Observations of unknown space objects at the Sayan observatory. Gathering and analysis of non-coordinate data

This paper describes the approach used at the Sayan observatory to observe unknown high-apogee space objects at a stage of their initial detection. The short description of the types of gathered non-coordinate data and some practical results are presented.
