Hidden defects and the theory of the starting earthquakes for the horizontal actions

539.3Abstract
On the base of the hidden defects the possibility of the starting earthquakes for the horizontal actions on the lithosphere plates which are sited on the deformable fundament are studying. The plates are assume to be semi-infinite having the straight parallel end-walls modelling by the Kirchhoff plates. The static case is analyzed for two positions of presenting and absent the distance between the end-walls. The plates are assume to be "glued" with fundament. It is such that the contact can be admitted as hard and only the tangent vector arises in the contact area because the horizontal moving. It is proved that the starting earthquakes can arise when the distance between the end-walls is absent. The singular value arise on the stresses for the components of the tangent vector.
