Spectrum-luminescent characteristics Sr1-xPrxAlF5, LiSr1-xPrxAlF6, La1-xPrxF3 and Sr1-xPrx Al12O19 have been synthesized and investigated. Features of the Pr neighbouring atoms have been analyzed with the application of the Voronoy-Dirichlet polyhedrons and a method of crossing spheres. The structural parameter, i.e. $\Delta x$-dispersion of distances to the nearest neighbors from Pr3+, has been introduced additionally, and its essential effect on luminescent properties has been shown. It has been established that for Sr1-xPrxAlF5, LiSr1-xPrxAlF6, La1-xPrxF3 and Sr1-xPrxAl12O19 with $\Delta x> 0$ cascade issue of photons is possible.
