Analysis of variability of attributes of efficiency in the collection of raspberry varieties (Rubus idaeus L.)

Abstract

One of the basic selection methods is intervarietal hybridization with the subsequent selection of the best samples. The success of selection work in the basic depends on the successful selection of parental pairs. Purposeful selection of combinations of crossings demands the preliminary information on separate grades as components of crossing. The article describes the analysis of variability of efficiency attributes of 16 varieties of a raspberry, which was carried out with the help of multivariate statistical methods. The algorithm of determining varieties perspective for selection has been developed.
