Abstract

Comparative genetics of plants sets the problem of studying the species variability and determining homology of the variability of species, genus, and families. In this case, the most important aim is the morphobiological and ecotypic assessment of natural and selected populations. This article reports on the examination of intraspecific variability of Fragaria vesca L. The analysis of the variability structure in some quantitative characteristics of the leaf morphology shows the statistical reliable variety of the populations examined and exposes the structure of its variability and general identificational indications of ecoelements of the populations examined.
