Experimental investigation of the accuracy of optical measurements with the telescope in Kislovodsk

The article is concerned to accuracy estimation of the optical observations realized in Kislovodsk observatory. For accuracy estimation etalon satellites were considered which orbits are known with great precision due to laser measurements. The influence on the measurement accuracy of main disturbing factors is considered.
