Computation of parameters of a rainfall discharge system for the Gelendzhik bay

Abstract

The work describes one of the variants of engineering a system of rainfall and sewage discharge system by the example of the bay in the town of Gelendzhik. The scheme and principle of operation of the rainfall discharge system described uses the topographical relief with level difference, which is typical to resort towns of the Black Sea coast. Moreover, it is possible to transport rainfall discharges for long distances in the sea without pump feeding. Nonstationary conditions of the flow stream are also possible, which has been also considered in the work.
