Analytical approach to the calculation of electromagnetic fields in the "metal-dielectric-metal" system

NBYPHJAbstract
The article proposes an analytical method of calculus of the fields created by the electromagnetic wave in the flat plasmonic sub-micron waveguide. The proposed method allows calculation of field distribution in the three-layered medium without boundary "matching" of solutions.
