Construction of difference discretizations in solving the adjoint problem for the passive admixture transport equation

Based on the projection variant of the integro-interpolation method, a conservative monotone difference scheme for integrating the passive impurity transfer equation is presented. By summing the difference analogue of the integral identity in parts, a difference discretization consistent with the main transfer-diffusion problem for solving conjugate problems is obtained. It is shown that the proposed schemes and algorithms used in the procedures for integrating the main task can be used in the implementation of adjoint tasks.
