About topological method in the problem of recognizing types and characteristics of hidden defects in materials with covers

The possibility of the existence of defects, including not visually observed in the covers of materials is investigated. The shores of covers defects can be subject to different conditions of interaction - contact without friction, partial clutch, lacks only the individual components of stresses or displacements and others. The boundary value problem was reduced to functional equations transformed to pseudo differential equations applying the topological method. The factorization of the matrix-functions were made and the exterior forms were used to calculate the Lere residue. The solving of the Wiener and Hopf equations were performed and the estimation of the solutions were received. The recognition question of types of such defects is considered by research method of some spectral properties of boundary solutions.
